Individual Coaching

For personal support

Mind coaching is a practical mindset approach that helps you understand what is happening underneath stress, stuckness, self-doubt or old patterns. The focus is on identifying what is getting in the way and using tools that help you respond differently in everyday life.

Mind coaching is not counselling, therapy or medical treatment. It is a practical coaching approach focused on mindset, beliefs, emotions, communication and tools for change. Many people come because they want something practical and forward-moving, rather than simply talking about the problem.

If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, it is important to contact an appropriate health professional or emergency service.

No. Many people only know that something feels hard, heavy, stuck or not quite right. You do not need a perfect explanation. The first conversation is there to help make sense of what may be happening and whether this approach is a good fit.

That is a common place for people to arrive from. The Mind Coach Academy approach looks at what may be happening underneath the surface — the beliefs, emotions, needs and patterns that can keep recreating the same experience even when you logically know what you want to change.

No. The work is not about forcing you to relive painful memories or retell everything in detail. The focus is on understanding what is affecting you now and using practical tools to help release or shift what is getting in the way.

People often come for support with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, confidence, self-worth, people-pleasing, communication, switching off, relationships, work pressure, burnout, direction or feeling stuck.

Some people come because life feels too heavy. Others come because they are ready for change but cannot quite make it happen on their own.

Yes. Confidence is often affected by beliefs, old experiences, self-talk and patterns of protecting yourself. Coaching can help you understand what is getting in the way of backing yourself, speaking up and feeling more secure in who you are.

Yes. Many people come because they find it hard to say no, speak up, ask for what they need or stop feeling responsible for everyone else. Coaching can help you understand the pattern underneath people-pleasing and learn to communicate with more confidence and less guilt.

Workplace Support

For leaders, teams and organisations

Mind Coach Academy supports workplaces through leadership coaching, executive coaching, workshops, presentations and practical mindset tools for communication, emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing.

Yes. Leadership often involves balancing people, expectations, standards, performance and your own wellbeing. Coaching can help leaders understand their own responses, communicate more clearly and handle difficult conversations with more confidence.

Yes. Workshops and presentations can be tailored for leaders, teams, workplaces, events and community groups. Topics can include confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, stress, anxiety, self-talk, leadership and workplace conversations.

Yes. Sessions can be shaped around your audience, goals, timing and current workplace challenges. If your team is dealing with stress, change, communication issues or leadership pressure, the content can be adapted to suit.

It can be. The difference is that the focus is practical. Rather than simply telling people to be resilient or look after themselves, Mind Coach Academy gives people mindset tools they can apply to real workplace moments.

Practitioner Training

For people who help people

Practitioner training is for people who work with people — including coaches, counsellors, educators, HR professionals, leaders, wellbeing practitioners, medical professionals and people who want practical tools to support others.

Not necessarily. Some people already work with clients or teams, while others are new to this kind of work. The right starting point depends on your background, goals and how you want to use the tools.

You can learn mindset tools for emotional intelligence, releasing limiting beliefs, communication, confidence, leadership, anxiety support and understanding how the conscious and subconscious mind influence behaviour and change.

Certification may be available depending on the training pathway and requirements. The best step is to ask Rebecca and Imelda about the current practitioner training options, certification requirements and upcoming dates.

Yes. Many people use mindset tools to strengthen the work they already do — in coaching, counselling, education, leadership, HR, health, wellbeing or support roles.
